Test against TTEC's minimum

TTEC publishes a minimum of 15 Mbps download, 1.5 Mbps upload, latency under 120 ms (source). This 25-second test measures your connection from where you are now and shows whether it meets that bar, with a result link you can send instead of a screenshot.

  • Be where you will work, on the device you will use.
On your home internet, not mobile data. If your employer requires a cable, plug it in first.
  • Allow location when your browser asks.
It is compared with your network’s location. Only the city is ever shown; the exact location is deleted after 90 days.
  • Takes about 25 seconds.
Latency, then download, then upload, then our server verifies the result.
